Position Description:As a Staff Engineer, you will coordinate project teams in all project-related tasks, including production efforts, quality control, specifications, construction drawings, submittals, and construction administration. Your responsibilities will cover utility design (storm and sanitary sewage systems, potable water systems), hydrology analysis, grading, earthwork design, and general site development engineering applications. This is a highly collaborative role that combines design, administrative work, and production of design documentation. Qualifications:We are looking for team players who possess:<ul><li>Professional licensure</li><li>A minimum of 4 years of experience</li><li>A degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited ABET College/University (preferred but not required)</li><li>Strong design and hand graphic skills</li><li>Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D</li><li>Excellent communication and multitasking skills</li><li>Critical thinking skills, construction sequencing, and material detailing knowledge</li><li>Experience in post-construction stormwater management plan production and report writing</li></ul> Experience Required:Minimum 4 years of professional experience with a focus on civil engineering applications. Professional licensure is required. Location:Santa Clara, CA only apply if you are in the Santa Clara region Education:A 4-5 year degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited ABET College/University is strongly preferred, but not required.
